This expansive site located off of HWY 55 in Durham required significant utility work to support a 25,000 sf warehouse, a 20,000 sf warehouse, and two 4,400 sf T-Sheds. Almost half of the main warehouse space is dedicated to display area, sales, offices, and support space. The remainder of the warehouse is for material storage. Directly adjacent to the first warehouse is the door assembly production space. Small offices, restrooms, and a breakroom finish out the program of this space.
Two T-Sheds (or open-air storage sheds) were constructed in close proximity to the two warehouses, directly behind a bio-retention area. A thick perimeter of trees provide a buffer between neighboring industrial sites and the highway.
The Durham location was one of three locations in North Carolina that CT Wilson helped the client develop.
